From a lead or job choose New quote. Add line items with quantity, price, and tax. The customer gets a link they can accept in one tap.

When the work is done, convert the accepted quote into an invoice. Line items carry over and you can adjust before sending. Invoices live on the Invoices page filtered by status.

Mark invoices paid manually or wire up an online payment provider. Field-service teammates never see quote or invoice totals — financial figures are hidden by role.
