Messages & notifications

The Messages page shows every lead and job chat you're part of, sorted by most recent activity. Unread counts appear on the mobile nav badge.

Typing @name in an internal note pings that person and auto-shares the job with them if they didn't already have access. Great for looping in a second tech mid-job.

Notifications collects mentions, assignment changes, time-off decisions, and payment activity. Tap an item to jump straight to the source.
