Internal @mentions & private job notes

Open any job or lead → Internal notes. Anything you write here is never visible to the client and never lands in the client portal. It's a private thread for your crew.

1. Type @ in an internal note.
2. Pick a teammate from the dropdown.
3. They get a notification and — if they didn't already have access to that job — Work Pilot offers to share it with them in one tap.

Mentioned teammates see the note in Notifications (bell icon or More menu) and, on installed devices, receive a push. Replies stay tied to the job so the whole context is one thread.
