Getting started

Sign up with your email and a password. If you were invited by a teammate, click the invite link first — the signup will skip company setup and drop you straight into their company.

First-time owners are asked for a company name and trade. This becomes the account everyone else joins. One user belongs to one company.

Free lets you try the core CRM. Pro unlocks unlimited team members, GPS attendance, payroll, and the full milestone scheduler. Team members inherit the owner's plan automatically.

Open workpilot.ca in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) and choose Add to Home Screen. Work Pilot runs as an installed app with offline caching and push-style notifications.
