Calendar & scheduling

The Calendar page has day, week, and month views. Milestones show as blocks colored by job. Employees see only what's assigned to them or shared with them.

When creating or editing a milestone use the assignee picker to add one or more teammates. Their name lights up green if they're free and red if there's a conflict.

If the milestone overlaps approved time off, saving is blocked with a clear message. Overlapping regular jobs shows a warning but still saves — so you can decide.
