Audit log

Invitations, role changes, wage edits, time-off approvals, shift approvals, payroll payments, and record-sharing changes all write an entry with the actor, timestamp, and target.

On the Audit page filter by teammate, action, or date range to answer questions like “who bumped Jordan's wage last month?”.

Only owners can open the audit log. Entries are immutable — nothing in Work Pilot can edit or delete a log row.
